The researchers gathered 70 heterosexual couples newly married and we applied a questionnaire that asked them to describe how many hours of sleep they had and how good it was.

This means that if the brain is not getting sufficient sleep, the ability to overcome the negative begins to decrease, reaching out to affect the relationship permanently.
